Welcome to a small slice of the real Italy! Ca' Momi: three Italians making wines, pizza and pastries in the Napa Valley…

Owners Dario De Conti, Valentina Guolo-Migotto and Stefano Migotto promise an authentic Italian experience at Ca’ Momi Enoteca and Pizzeria with authentic, wood-fired Italian pizzas, traditional Italian pastries, and classic Italian wines. Ca’ Momi features classic Neapolitan style pizza made in a wood burning oven, tramezzini, crostate and crostatine di frutta, baci di dama, zaetti, tiramisu’, cantucci and biscotti from the pasticceria. The enoteca and pizzeria features not only Ca’ Momi wines, but also a selection of wine discoveries from smaller regions and producers in Italy.
Why obsessively authentic Italian? Because we believe a lot gets lost in translation (culinary adaptation, fusion) and we think Italian cuisine has enough personality and intriguing flavors to stand alone and true to its basics. Our goal is to offer you the most traditional Italian recipes prepared with the best organic, local and Italian ingredients to give you a slice of the real Italy. Trust our pizza, try it, just the way it is...

PIZZA NAPOLETANA: our pizza is soft and elastic and cannot be crispy because it is made according to the strict standards of the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association that certifies the authenticity of the Neapolitan pizza around the world.

NO CHANGES: To maintain the integrity and authenticity of our recipes, we do not make changes or additions to any of our pizzas. There are no extra toppings or side of toppings. Please trust our pizza and give it a try as it is… Grazie!

CONDIMENTS: We do not have red pepper flakes or parmesan because they are not used in Italy on pizza. We do have a great hot chili olive oil though….
